We have currently experienced higher demand during Q4, which has caused delivery delays.

We are working hard to get it to you as soon as possible, and your package will arrive as soon as possible.

Orders

Kan I change my order after I have placed it? +

You can change your order as long as it has not been handed over to the shipping company. If the order has been handed over, it is too late to change the order. You can track your order on our website to know its status.

If your order has already been shipped, you must receive the item and then send it back to exchange the product. For returns, we deduct the return shipping cost from the refund according to our policy.

Vilka betalningsmetoder tar ni emot? +

We accept most options. We accept credit cards such as Klarna as well as simpler payment solutions like Shop Pay and Apple Pay. You can see the options on the product page and at checkout.

I have not received any order confirmation – what should I do? +

First, check your spam folder. If there is no email there – contact us and we will help you verify that the order has been processed.

Delivery

Can I track my shipment? +

Yes! Every order receives a tracking number, so you can follow the package's journey from our warehouse to you.

Vad händer om något går fel med leveransen (t.ex. skadat paket)? +

If the outer packaging is visibly damaged – take a photo BEFORE you open it – and send the pictures to us when making a claim.

If the package is damaged during transport, we will contact you to arrange a return or compensation.

We also have a “force majeure” clause, which means we are not responsible for delayed delivery due to events beyond our control, such as bad weather or supplier issues.

How long is the delivery time? +

According to our shipping policy, it takes us up to 3 business days to pack the item.
After that, it takes approximately 5–10 business days after the order has been packed.

The extended delivery time is due to an increased number of sales during the Black Friday & Christmas period.

Returns

Do I have the right to cancel my purchase? +

Yes – you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

For the right of withdrawal to apply, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.


Socks are considered a hygiene product – if the packaging is opened, we cannot accept returns.

It is considered a complaint if the product is defective or incorrect. You should contact us as soon as possible (within 5 days of delivery) with the order number and pictures.

For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping and can offer an exchange, a price reduction, or a refund depending on the situation.


When and how will I receive my refund? +


When we have received and inspected the returned item, the refund will be processed. It may take 3–5 business days to complete the inspection.

We refund to the same payment method you used for the purchase. We deduct 89 kr from the refund to cover costs for shipping, return, and handling.

Who pays for the return shipping? +

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the item is defective or incorrect according to our policy. We deduct 89 kr from the refund to cover costs for shipping, return, and handling.

When we approve a return, we send you a prepaid return shipping label to be used within 6 days.

Vad händer om jag inte hämtar ut mitt paket? +

Unclaimed packages are not considered returns. We will charge a 250 kr return fee in this case.

If the package is sent back to us, a fee for shipping and handling will be charged according to our terms.
